We have large fields, volleyball, basketball, disc golf, and equipment for field games.  The park lake is open for fishing (bring your own equipment), and hiking and mountain biking is available on the JFA Trail.

Will we have a host?

Yes!  Your group will have a host to assist you throughout your stay from the start of the event through 9 PM each night.   In addition, a staff member is on the park property overnight in case of an emergency. Your host will ensure your facility is ready, your event is runs smoothly, take release forms (if needed), and answer questions.

How do i reserve a date?

Contact us and a coordinator will help you customize your event and provide a price estimate.  Once all event details are agreed upon, a $250 deposit secures your reservation (some events like weddings have different requirements).  We will send you a User Agreement (policies, packing list, directions, maps and building layouts).  Your final numbers and final payment (along with any dietary needs) is required at least 14 days before your event date. Payments can be made via check, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or cash.

Why do you require a minimum number?

A minimum of 10 is required for food service and lodging.  We schedule our staff and order food based on the number of people in your group.  Because of this, if you bring fewer than the minimum you agree to in the Group User Agreement, you are responsible for paying the balance as detailed on your invoice.   You may change your group numbers at any point before your final numbers and payment are due (least 14 days before your event date).

If you bring more than your minimum, added participants will be charged the same per person rate as noted.

We may also set a maximum number for activities (paddling, challenge course, archery, etc.) to safely facilitate the event and ensure guests enjoy their activity.

Are you open year-round?

We are available to host groups in the fall, winter and spring.  Our summer is unique is that we serve as the home site for Camp Spearhead, a camp for people with special needs, along with other camps for children with chronic illnesses.  Summer availability is very limited.
